Which insurances do you take? I am currently in network with the following insurance companies: Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Evernorth, Medicare, Meritain Health, Optum, Oxford, United Healthcare

Do you take out of network clients? Yes. If I do not accept your insurance you will pay private pay rates and I can supply you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement

Do you offer telehealth appointments? Yes, usually I will meet with clients in person for the initial evaluation

What should I expect at my first appointment? I will ask a number of questions to learn more about you and your situation.
